Since we could not find the correct cleats for the boat, we had ours cast by Highwater Bronze, in Maine.  At right is a comparison photo, showing the cleat we sent them - the best one we could salvage from the Irish Bayou wreck - and one of the cleats produced from the pattern mold which was based on the original cleat's dimensions.
